Booking
Please note any treatment which lasts over 1hr Credit / Debit card details are needed to secure booking.
Cancellation
All treatments must allow 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur 100% charge.
Arrival
Please arrive in sufficient time before your treatment. Late arrival may result in loss of appointment or shortening of treatment. Mobile phones must be switched off as a consideration for others.
Note
All prices include VAT (subject to change). The Salon at Pure reserves the right to alter prices without prior notification.
Gift Vouchers
They are available for use against any treatments and products at Pure. Gift vouchers are non refundable, are valid for 12 months only and must be presented at time of treatment.
Special Occasions
The Salon at Pure can arrange small parties for that special occasion for all ages, such as birthdays weddings etc... These are tailored to suit.
Home Visits
These can be arranged if necessary.
